Warning:
e-mail attachments with malware! E-mails
that install malware on the recipient’s computer as soon as a link is selected or opened in the attachment,
have been in circulation for some time now. These e-mails appear in different forms and so unfortunately
cannot be easily predicted. If you have opened an attachment from an unknown
origin and subsequently believe that this represents a risk, the computer must be fully checked using
antivirus software and any malware identified, eliminated. If you are unable to do this yourself you
should consult a specialist. We also recommend that you take preventative action by carrying out a full
and regular check of your system (e.g. weekly) using the antivirus software. In
the event of any unexplained lost connections or if you notice anything out of the ordinary with the
application during an E-Banking session we would ask you to contact our Hotline immediately (Tel.
0848 852 580). Up-to-date
