BEKB | BCBE accounts for its performance in terms of sustainability. In addition
to our detailed financial reporting in the "Annual Report", we also
provide additional information and the main sustainability performance indicators in the "Supplementary
Sustainability Report". To produce our sustainability report, we
use the GRI guidelines. In terms of performance indicators on business ecology, we are governed by the
sector standard "VfU Statistics" (VfU = Verein für Umweltmanagement in Banken, Sparkassen
und Versicherungen) [Association for Environmental Management in Banks, Savings Institutions and Insurance
Companies] and the international "Greenhouse Gas Protocol".
