increased for the fourteenth time in succession 2,500
shareholders attended the Annual General Meeting of BEKB | BCBE on 17 May 2011
in Berne and approved the fourteenth successive dividend increase. A payment of 5.10 CHF
(previous year: 4.80 CHF) per share will therefore be made on 24 May 2011. The Annual General
Meeting approved the items on the agenda and confirmed the members of the Board of Directors Sandra
von May-Granelli, Daniel Bloch and Dr. Rudolf Stämpfli for a further three year period of office. Media
